Answer: The additional supplied cradle is a tool designed to support the rotor during the cleaning and inspection of the internals of the valve. For further information on how to use the cradle, we recommend referring to the cleaning videos available on this website.
Question: How often is scheduled maintenance required?
Answer: The interval between overhauls will vary according to the product being handled and should be based on total operating time. Wear will be influenced by abrasiveness of product, pressure difference over rotor, temperature etc.
Question : What information do I need to provide when requesting a spare part quotation?
Answer : Please mention the serial number that is on the nameplate of your equipment. It typically starts with "RV"
Question: How do I change the ball bearings of the MZC-I/MZC-II rotary valve?
